Application Project Specialist Job Description


General Description:


The primary role includes providing onsite implementation, functional and technical training support for EBS software products and related system software.


Chief Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Travel up to 60%

  • Pre-Site

    • Collection of convertible data sources, includes but not limited to:

      • Customers

      • Vendors

      • Parts and Equipment Inventory

      • Accounting, A/R, A/P, GL


  • Installation of EBS Software products

  • Customer Training

  • Financial Accounting Training


Other Duties:

  • Telephone and Email Support for EBS Software Products

  • Maintain Web Based Support Call Tracking System

  • Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products

  • Assist in documentation of EBS software products

  • Assist in testing new releases and functionality

  • Other duties and/or responsibilities as may be assigned

Experience Preferred-Strong emphasis on the following:


  • Accounting knowledge thru Financial Statements, with applied application background

  • Dealership experience with Automotive, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment Dealers

  • Knowledge of MSSQL databases
